Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

PackByPlace (the business name for Tyree McLean) processes all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed. You will receive a notification email once your order has been handed over to the carrier. To ensure the fastest delivery possible, products are shipped from our authorized Canadian fulfillment centers located in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta (Edmonton), and British Columbia (Vancouver).

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Canada Only)

We currently offer shipping services across Canada.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $100.00 CAD (before taxes).
  • Orders Under $100.00 CAD: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination.

We utilize reputable national carriers, including Purolator, Canpar, Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure your travel gear arrives safely and efficiently.

3. Signature & Delivery Requirements

To protect your purchase, a signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders. Our carriers are instructed to deliver to physical street addresses only; we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure a valid physical address is provided at checkout to avoid delivery failures or additional rerouting fees.

4. Remote Locations & Surcharges

Shipping to remote areas (including Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and certain rural regions) may require additional transit time and may incur surcharges. If your order requires a shipping adjustment due to a remote destination, a member of the PackByPlace team will contact you for approval before the order is processed.

5. Order Status and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to update and show active tracking information.

6. Title and Risk of Loss

As outlined in our Terms of Service, the title to the products and the risk of loss pass to the customer once the package is transferred from our fulfillment center to the shipping carrier.
